摘要
扶贫工作一直是全党关注的焦点。当前,我国减贫脱贫已经进入“最艰难阶段”,要想实现“脱真贫、真脱贫”的目标任务,需要不同于以往的智慧。因此在乡村振兴战略背景下,借助阳光学院在福建省屏南县智力助农文化扶贫的案例,探索出以人才培养为核心、以服务社会为抓手、以文化传承创新为主线、以促进科学研究为支撑的四位一体的智力助农文化扶贫模式,以期为智力资源短缺的农村和智力资源丰富的高校之间的合作提供理论依据和实践参考,共同推进贫困农村经济、社会持续健康的发展。
Poverty alleviation has always been the focus of attention of the whole party.At present,China’s poverty alleviation has entered the“most difficult stage”.To achieve the goal of“getting out of poverty and really getting rid of poverty”requires wisdom different from the past.Under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,by helping the poor in poverty of Yanggo University in Pingnan County,this paper explored the mode of“talent cultivation being the core,serving the society being the starting point,cultural heritage innovation being the main line and promoting scientific research being the support”to support the four-in-one intellectual nutrition-supporting culture poverty alleviation,hoping to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for cooperation between rural areas with intellectual resources shortage and intellectual resources-rich universities,and jointly promote the sustainable and healthy development of poor rural economy and society.
