摘要
目的分析产房护理管理中应用人性化管理的应用效果。方法将该院于2019年4—8月收治的产妇50名及护理人员10名作为观察对象,随机分为观察组(n=25)及对照组(n=25),护理人员每组5名,观察组实施人性化管理,对照组实施常规管理,对比观察两组产妇不良事件(风险事件、投诉事件、护患纠纷)发生率以及产妇的满意度、护理质量(病区管理、沟通关爱、健康教育、专业技术、服务态度)评分及管理有效率。结果观察组管理有效率相比于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组产妇护理质量(病区管理、沟通关爱、健康教育、服务态度)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组新生儿窒息率0例,对照组新生儿窒息率6例,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组总满意度优于对照组患者满意度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组产妇不良事件(风险事件、投诉事件、护患纠纷)发生率少于对照组不良事件(风险事件、投诉事件、护患纠纷)发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在产房护理管理中应用人性化管理的应用效果较好,有效提升管理质量,增强产妇满意度,同时减少不良事件的产生,使护理人员专业技术能力更强,临床疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized management in delivery room nursing management.Methods Fifty pregnant women and 10 nursing staff who were admitted to our hospital from April to August 2019 were randomly divided into an observation group(n=25)and a control group(n=25).Five people in each group,the observation group implements humanized management,and the control group implements routine management,comparing and observing the incidence of maternal adverse events(risk events,complaints,nurse-patient disputes),maternal patient satisfaction and quality of care(ward management,communication and care,health education,professional technology,service attitude)score and management efficiency.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had more effective management than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group’s maternal nursing quality(ward management,communication and care,health education,service attitude)scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),0 cases of neonatal asphyxia rate in the observation group,6 cases of neonatal asphyxia rate in the control group,the difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the incidence of maternal adverse events(risk events,complaints,nurse-patient disputes)in the observation group was less than the incidence of adverse events(risk events,complaints,nurse-patient disputes)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized management in the delivery room nursing management has a good effect,effectively improves the management quality,enhances maternal satisfaction,and at the same time reduces the occurrence of adverse events,makes the nursing staff more professional and technical ability,and significant
