摘要
目的:研究分析将人性化管理理念运用于手术室护理管理工作中的价值。方法:将2016年7月-2017年6月在笔者所在医院手术室开展手术治疗的患者中的86例设为研究对象,根据手术室管理情况分组为观察组(43例)以及对照组(43例),对照组中患者仅接受常规模式下的手术室护理管理,观察组中患者接受人性化管理理念下的手术室护理管理,分析两组的手术室护理质量情况及患者的护理满意度情况。结果:在实施人性化管理理念之后,观察组手术室物品准备与管理评分和护理人员配合度评分均显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度显著比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理管理中实施人性化管理理念有利于改善手术室护理质量,提升患者护理满意度。
Objective:To study and analyze the value of applying humanized management concept to nursing management in operating room.Method:From July 2016 to June 2017,86 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the operating room of our hospital were divided into observation group(43 cases) and control group(43 cases) according to the management of the operating room.The patients in the control group only accepted the nursing management of the operating room under the conventional mode.The patients in the observation group accepted the nursing management of the operating room under the concept of humanized management.The quality of nursing in the operating room and the satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Result:After the implementation of humanized management concept,the score of operating room supplies preparation and management of operating room items and the score of coordination degree of nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized management concept is conducive to improving the quality of nursing in operating room and improving patients’ nursing satisfaction.
