摘要
目的分析人性化管理理念在手术室护理管理中的应用。方法选取该院2013年4月—2015年6月期间手术患者50例,并将手术患者分为两组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用人性化管理理念进行护理。结果观察组患者护理后的总满意度、护理纠纷发生率、护理差错发生率显著优于对照组患者,观察组患者对护理人员服务态度(80.79±3.68)分、服务理念(75.26±3.14)分、工作质量(89.23±4.68)分显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理理念在手术室护理管理中具有良好的护理效果。
Objective To analyze the application of humanistic management notion in the nursing management in the oper-ating room. Methods 50 cases of operative patients admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2015 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the humanistic management notion for nursing. Results The total satisfactory degree, incidence rate of nursing disputes and in-cidence rate of nursing errors after nursing in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group, and the service attitude, service notion and working quality scores of patients in the observation group to nursing staff were respectively (80.79±3.68) marks, (75.26±3.14) marks and (89.23±4.68) marks, which were obviously higher than those in the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The nursing effect of humanistic management notion in the nursing management in the operating room is good.
