摘要
目的分析人性化管理模式在护理管理中的应用效果,对应用效果进行评价。方法选取该院201名护理人员作为研究对象,同时选取86例患者进行问卷调查,调查内容为人性化管理实施前后患者对护理人员的护理满意度。结果人性化管理实施后护理人员专业知识技能得到提高,工作效率及工作质量提高,患者满意度也得到明显提高。结论人性化管理可提高护理人员综合素质,发掘护理人员潜能,最大程度的调动其工作积极性,使患者得到满意的、优质的护理,在护理管理中的应用效果极好。
Objective To analyze the application and effect of humanism nursing management in nursing work, to evaluate the effect of the application. Methods 201 hospital nurses as research subjects, while 86 patients were selected questionnaire, survey content include patient satisfaction with nursing care before and after the implementation of humanism nursing management. Results Nursing professional knowledge and skills of 201 hospital nurses has improved after the implementation of humanism nursing management,work efficiency and quality improvement. Patients satisfaction has improved significantly. Conclusion The humanized nursing management in nursing work practice can obviously improve the quality of nursing,it is worthy of popularization and application.
