摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜与开腹根治术对直肠癌患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)水平及免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2016年11月-2019年10月于本院就诊的78例直肠癌患者,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组进行开腹根治术治疗,观察组进行腹腔镜根治术治疗。比较两组手术指标,手术前后MMP-9、TIMP-1及免疫功能。结果:观察组术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组MMP-9水平低于对照组,而TIMP-1水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组CD4^+与CD4^+/CD8^+均高于对照组,而CD8^+低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜根治术治疗直肠癌可减少术中出血量,调节MMP-9及TIMP-1水平,减轻对免疫功能损伤,加快患者康复。
Objective:To investigate the effects of laparoscopic and open radical surgery on serum matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),tissue matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)levels and immune function in patients with rectal cancer.Method:A total of 78 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to October 2019 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 39 patients in each group.The control group was treated with open radical surgery,the observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical surgery.The surgical indicators,MMP-9,TIMP-1 level and immune function before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,MMP-9 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while TIMP-1 level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^+was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical surgery or rectal cancer can reduce intraoperative blood loss,regulate MMP-9 and TIMP-1 levels,reduce the damage to immune function,and speed up the recovery of patients.
