摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌手术并发症发生的原因和防范。方法回顾性分析103例结直肠癌患者腹腔镜术中及术后近期并发症情况。结果术中并发症发生率为10.7%(11/103),术后近期并发症发生率为12.6%(13/103)。并发症总发生率为23.3%(24/103)。结论腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌手术并发症的发生,多与操作不熟练、解剖层次不清晰有关。随着操作技术的提高和经验的积累,并发症会逐渐减少。
Objective To study the complications of laparoscopic colorectal cancer .Methods The clinical data of 103 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery was analyzed retrospectively .Results Intraoperative com-plications were 10.7% (11 cases),postoperative complications 12.6% (13 cases),total complications 23.3% (24 cases). Conclusion Complications are related to laparoscopic operative skills ,improving skills and experience can reduce the occurence of complications gradually .
