摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘方法,探讨中药外用制剂治疗白癜风的用药规律。方法:对近5年来应用中药外用制剂治疗白癜风的相关文献进行收集整理,建立数据库,并对中药种类及单味中药进行频次分析,对药物之间进行系统聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果:共收集到符合要求的处方61首,包含中药95味,总使用频次为388次。频次最高的药物类别为补益药,共计127次,含21味中药,其次依次为活血祛瘀药、解表药等。频次最高的单味中药为补骨脂,共计46次。聚类分析结果为3类。使用频次高药物的关联规则分析共得到13种关联较强的药物组合,补骨脂在12种组合中均有出现。结论:中药外用制剂治疗白癜风的常用药物类别为补益药、活血祛瘀药和解表药,其中补骨脂为最常用的单味中药。
OBJECTIVE:To explore the application rules of external preparations of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo based on data mining method.METHODS:Literature about treatment for vitiligo based on external preparations of traditional Chinese medicine in recent five years were retrieved to establish the database.Frequency analysis,system cluster analysis and association rule analysis were performed on categories of traditional Chinese medicine and single traditional Chinese medicine.RESULTS:A total of 61 prescriptions were collected,including 95 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 388.Deficiency-nourishing medicine had the highest frequency of 127 times,including 21 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,followed by promoting blood circulation and reducing stasis medicine and exterior-effusing medicine.The single traditional Chinese medicine with the highest frequency of 46 times was psoralea fructus.Cluster analysis resulted in 3 categories.The association rule analysis of high-frequency drug use yielded a total of 13 combinations of drugs with strong association,and fructus psoraleae was present in 12 combinations.CONCLUSIONS:The commonly used external preparations of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vitiligo were deficiency-nourishing medicine,promoting blood circulation and reducing stasis medicine and exterior-effusing medicine,and fructus psoraleae is the most commonly used single traditional Chinese medicine.
