摘要
目的探究梅花针联合中药内服外用治疗白癜风的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的60例白癜风患者为研究对象,将其随机分成观察组(32例,采用梅花针联合中药内服外涂自制育白酊治疗)和对照组(28例,采用NB-UVB照射配合中药内服治疗)。将观察组根据皮损不同分布位置分为面颈组、躯干组及四肢组。比较观察组和对照组及观察组中三组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。面颈组治疗总有效率显著高于躯干组和四肢组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者皮损区色素评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论梅花针联合中药内服外用治疗白癜风的疗效和治疗后色素评分均明显优于NB-UVB照射配合中药内服,且面颈部位效果最优,治疗方案疗效稳定且不良反应少,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of plum blossom needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine for internal and external use in the treatment of vitiligo.Methods Sixty patients with vitiligo admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects,and the patients were randomly divided into observation group(32 cases,using plum blossom needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine for internal and external application of self-made Yubai tincture)and control group(28 cases,using NB-UVB irradiation combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine).Then the observation group was divided into face and neck group,trunk group and limb group according to the different location of skin lesions.The theraputic effects of the observation group and the control group and the three groups of the observation group were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the face and neck group was significantly higher than that in the trunk group and limb group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pigmentation scores of skin lesions in both groups increased significantly,and that in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing with NB-UVB irradiation combined with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,the plum blossom needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine for internal and external use in vitiligo has better effct and pigmentation score after treatment,and which has the best effect in the face and neck region and stable therapeutic effect,with less adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical popularization.
