摘要
对某中型无人机光电侦察吊舱升降减振装置的传动机构、减振系统等进行设计并进行机械运动性能计算分析。通过采用螺旋传动机构和二级减振设计,实现了复杂环境条件下宽频段、大衰减率地隔离因无人机发动机振动以及空气动力等因素产生的强烈振动,解决飞行过程中光电侦察吊舱工作时图像模糊、跟踪抖动及目标丢失等问题,有效提高光电侦察吊舱的成像质量、跟踪精度。
In this paper,the transmission mechanism and vibration damping system of a medium UAV photoelectric reconnaissance pod were designed,and the mechanical motion performance was calculated and analyzed.By adopt⁃ing spiral transmission mechanism and two-stage damping design,the strong vibration caused by UAV engine vibra⁃tion and aerodynamic factors can be isolated in a wide frequency band and with a large attenuation rate under com⁃plex environmental conditions.The problems of image blur,tracking jitter and target loss during the operation of pho⁃toelectric reconnaissance pod are solved,and the imaging quality and tracking accuracy of the photoelectric recon⁃naissance pod are effectively improved tracking accuracy.
