摘要
研究目的:根据环评报告、城市规划及物业开发等相关要求,温州市域铁路S1线一期工程轨道采取分级减振措施,中等减振地段采用减振扣件,高等减振地段采用橡胶隔振垫。由于高等减振地段采用橡胶隔振垫减振轨道后,为保证橡胶隔振垫铺设及道床板纵横向限位,增设底座结构,造成轨道结构高度增加,桥梁二期恒载增大。为了减少对桥梁设计的影响,本文对轻型橡胶隔振垫减振轨道开展系统研究,建立有限元模型验证该结构满足高等减振要求。研究结论:(1)通过优化无砟轨道道床板及底座几何尺寸降低轨道结构高度,减少桥梁二期恒载;(2)对轻型橡胶隔振垫减振轨道限位结构开展受力分析,确保限位结构安全可靠;(3)建立轻型橡胶隔振垫减振轨道有限元模型,对橡胶隔振垫刚度进行分析计算,确定刚度取值,保证减振效果满足高等减振要求;(4)本研究成果对市域铁路轨道减振设计具有一定的参考意义。
Research purposes: According to the requirement of environment impact assessment report,urban planning and commercial development,different level vibration reduction methods have been used in Wenzhou Suburban railway S1 line,in the region of middle level rail vibration reduction fastenings have been used,in the region of higher level rubber isolation pad have been used. Due to the rubber isolation pad vibration reduction track have been used in higher level,in order to ensure the rubber isolation pad laying and track bed limit in the direction of vertical and horizontal,additional track base structure is set,which increases the height of track structure and dead load in bridge. To reduce the impact of bridge design,in this paper the system research of lower weight rubber isolation pad vibration reduction track is studied,and the finite element analysis model is established to verify that the structure meets the requirements of higher level vibration reduction.Research conclusions:( 1) Through optimizing the geometry dimensions of ballastless track bed and base,the height of track structure and dead load in bridge are all reduced.( 2) To ensure the safety and reliability of track limit structure,the force analysis of limit structure of lower weight rubber isolation pad vibration reduction track is carried out.( 3) To make sure the vibration reduction meet the higher level vibration reduction requirement,the finite element analysis model of lower weight rubber isolation pad vibration reduction track is established,and the stiffness of rubber isolation pad is analyzed and determined.( 4) The research results can provide some references for the design of track vibration reduction of suburban railway.
