市域铁路钢弹簧浮置板轨道振动特性研究 被引量:6

摘要 国内外对市域铁路时速160 km、17 t轴重条件下特殊减振措施尚未开展系统研究,工程实践经验更是匮乏。为研究钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构对市域铁路的适应性,通过建立车辆-轨道耦合动力学分析模型和三维有限元模型进行仿真计算,分析得到不同轨道结构参数下的车辆、轨道动力学响应情况。研究结果表明:道床板长度和厚度对钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构动力影响较大,道床板宽度对其影响较小;不同道床板尺寸下钢轨垂向位移接近4 mm限值,板厚0.31 m和0.41 m情况下,钢轨垂向位移超过4 mm,但车辆运行安全性、舒适性指标均满足规范要求,且轨道结构参数的变化对其影响较小;各工况下钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构整体减振效果均可达15 dB以上。综合分析计算结果及工程实际,建议市域铁路钢弹簧浮置板轨道结构采用长25 m、宽2.8 m、厚0.51 m道床板。 At home and abroad,systematic research has not been carried out on the special vibration reduction measures of suburban railways under the conditions of 160 km/h and 17 t axle load,and engineering practical experience is even more scarce.In order to study the adaptability of steel spring floating slab track structure to suburban railways,the dynamic response of the vehicle and track structure is analyzed by establishing a vehicle-track coupling dynamic analysis model and three-dimensional finite element model.The result shows:the length and thickness of the slab have a great effect on the dynamics of the steel spring floating slab track structure,and the width of the track slab has a small effect on it;the vertical displacement of the rail is close to the limit of 4 mm under different sizes of track slab,and the vertical displacement of the rail exceeds 4mm in the case of 0.31 m and 0.41 m track thicknesses;but the vehicle operation safety and comfort indexes meet the requirements of the code,and the change of track structure parameters has little impact on them;the vibration reduction effect of the steel spring floating slab track structure can reach more than 15 dB.Based on the analytical results and engineering practices,it is recommended that the steel spring floating slab track structure of the suburban railway should adopt a track slab with 25 m length,2.8 m width and 0.51 m thickness.
