摘要
元话语研究离不开分类描写,如Hyland的分类。近年来,随着元语用学的迅速发展,元话语分类研究迎来了新的契机。在厘清元话语与元语用关系之后,借鉴Culpeper和Haugh等学者的元语用理论以及Jakobson划分语言功能时参照各个交际维度的做法,本研究对元语用意识进行了基于交际事件相关因素的分类,进而尝试提出一种关于元话语的新分类,旨在为今后各种涉及元话语的话语分析提供一个全新的分析框架。
Categorization,Like Hyland’s(2005)taxonomy,is an integral part of research on metadiscourse.Recently,with the fast development of metapragmatics,opportunities for making new classification have emerged.After differentiating metadiscourse and metapragmatics,this study draws on theories of metapragmatics proposed by scholars like Culpeper&Haugh(2014)and Jakobson’s(1960)dependence on the dimensions of communication in differentiating various language functions and attempts a new taxonomy of metadiscourse.It is hoped that the new categorization could provide a brand new analytic framework for future discourse analysis involving metadiscourse.
