摘要
主持人话语研究是文献中的一个热点话题,但鲜有学者关注主持人作为投诉承接人的应对话语,尤其是应对过程中的自我角色凸显策略。本研究基于陈新仁(2020)的元语用意识分类,以江苏综合新闻广播中的《政风热线》节目为语料来源,聚焦主持人关于自我角色凸显的元语用意识,定性分析主持人接听投诉并与听众连线互动过程中凸显的自我角色类型、元语用表达及其语用功能。研究发现,主持人通过使用言据标记语、显性施为句、重述标记语、元语用评论语和话题结束语分别凸显其信源提供者、提问者、会话重述者、评论者和控场者五种自我角色,以实现推进节目进程、融洽交际氛围、解决投诉问题等语用功能。
Broadcasting hosts’discourse is a hot topic in research literature,but few studies have paid attention to the response discourse of the host as the complaint receiver.Based on Chen Xinren’s(2020)classification of metapragmatic awareness and taking Zhengfeng Hotline(a radiomediated call-in program in Jiangsu Province)as the data source,this study examines the host’s metapragmatic awareness of highlighting self-role and analyzes the types of self-role construction,metapragmatic expressions and pragmatic functions in the process of handling complaints and interacting with the audience.It is found that the host highlights five types of selfrole—information source provider,questioner,conversation reformulator,commentator and program regulator—through the use of evidentials,explicit performatives,reformulation markers,commentaries and closing markers.The pragmatic functions to be achieved include promoting the program process,harmonizing communicative atmosphere and solving complaints.
