摘要
在分析我国国有企业党建标准化、规范化及国有企业改革转型现状的基础上,通过研究党建标准化、规范化对国有企业改革的影响及效应,发现党建标准化、规范化能够有效推进国有企业改革转型工作。基于此,提出加强党建标准化、规范化与国有企业改革转型全面融合,推进国有企业管理模式创新及长期、稳定的发展。
Based on the analysis of the status quo of the standardization of Party building and the reform and transformation of the state-owned enterprises in China,the influence and effect of the standardization of Party building on the reform of state-owned enterprises are studied.It is found that the standardization of Party building can effectively promote the reform and transformation of the state-owned enterprises.Based on this,this paper puts forward the comprehensive integration of Party building standardization and state-owned enterprise reform and transformation,promoting the innovation of state-owned enterprise management mode,and realizing the long-term and stable development of state-owned enterprises.
