不同产地刺梨果实品质分析与模糊综合评判 被引量:8

摘要 [目的]研究不同产地刺梨果实营养成分及矿物质含量之间差异性并进行评价。[方法]以冕宁、龙里、绥阳、七星关、麻江、六枝和兴仁种植的刺梨为试材,采用国标和农业标准方法对其果实营养品质指标进行测定和比较分析,运用模糊综合评判法对不同产地刺梨果实品质进行客观评价。[结果]不同产地刺梨果实营养品质之间存在差异,其中维生素C含量和非必需微量元素含量差异较大,糖酸比差异最小。兴仁的可溶性固形物含量和糖酸比最高,分别为15.07%和9.48;龙里总酸含量最低,为1.036%;七星关维生素C含量最高,为21.57 mg/g;六枝单宁含量最低,为1.27×10^4 mg/kg;7个产地刺梨果实共检出19种矿物质元素,其中常量元素和必需微量元素含量以六枝最高,分别为3547和16.1291 mg/kg,非必需微量元素含量以七星关最高,为3.5183 mg/kg;模糊综合评判法结果表明,六枝和绥阳刺梨果实品质较好,其次是七星关、兴仁、龙里和冕宁,麻江品质最差。[结论]7个产地刺梨果实品质优劣顺序依次为六枝、绥阳、七星关、兴仁、龙里、冕宁、麻江。 [Objective]In order to evaluate and study the differences on fruit nutrient component and mineral elements content of Rosa roxburghii from different habitats.[Method]The Rosa roxburghii planted in Mianning,Longli,Suiyang,Qixingguan,Majang,Liuzhi and Xingren were used as experimental materials,the nutrient quality of 7 habitats Rosa roxburghii were measured and analyzed by Chinese standard method and agricultural standard method,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to evaluate the fruit quality of Rosa roxburghii.[Result]There were different nutrient quality of Rosa roxburghii from different habitats.The difference of vitamin C content and non-essential trace elements content were larger,and the difference of sugar-acid ratio were least.The highest content of soluble solids and sugar-acid ratio were 15.07% and 9.48 from Xingren.The lowest content of total acid was 1.036% from Longli,the highest content of vitamin C was 21.57 mg/g from Qixingguan.The lowest content of tannin was 1.27×10^4 mg/kg from Liuzhi.A total of 19 mineral elements were detected in 7 habitats Rosa roxburghii,The highest content of major elements and essential trace elements were 3547 mg/kg and 16.1291 mg/kg from Liuzhi.The highest content of non-essential trace elements was 3.5183 mg/kg from Qixingguan.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result showed that Liuzhi and Suiyang were best,and followed Qixingguan,Xingren,Longli and Mianning,the worst was Majiang.[Conclusion]The fruit quality of Rosa roxburghii from 7 habitats followed the descending order:Liuzhi,Suiyang,Qixingguan,Xingren,Longli,Mianning,Majiang.
