液质联用仪及其常用的两种电离源的实验教学 被引量:2

摘要 结合电喷雾电离源(ESI)和大气压化学电离源(APCI)将液质联用仪(HPLC/MS)运用于本科生仪器分析教学实验中。该实验配制了三种农药(百菌清、噻嗪酮、哒螨灵)的混合样品溶液,优化了液相色谱条件及质谱条件,检测了三种农药在HPLC/MS-ESI源和HPLC/MS-APCI源下的质谱结果,并进行了质谱解析。该实验的实施,有助于学生更深刻理解大型仪器HPLC/MS的原理和运用,拓展了化工分析本科教学实验内容,对学生开拓知识视野、培养创新技能发挥了较好的作用。 The electrospray ionization source(ESI)and atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source(APCI),which are commonly used in high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry(HPLC/MS),are used in the teaching experiment of instrumental analysis for undergraduates.In this experiment,the mixed sample solutions of three pesticides(chlorothalonil,buprofezin and pyridaben)were prepared,and the HPLC chromatographic conditions and mass spectrometry conditions were optimized.The mass spectrometry results of the three pesticides under HPLC/MS-ESI and HPLC/MS-APCI sources were detected and analyzed.This experiment will help students have a deeper understanding of the principle and application of large-scale instrument HPLC/MS,expand the content of undergraduate teaching experiment of chemical analysis,and plays a better role in broadening students'knowledge horizon and cultivating their innovative skills.
