摘要
真菌毒素污染饲料可对人类和动物健康造成严重危害。本文对我国及美国、欧盟、加拿大等主要贸易国家和地区发布的饲料真菌毒素法规或卫生标准进行整理和比较分析,针对如何进一步完善我国饲料卫生标准和法规体系以及加强进出口把关进行探讨并提出建议。
Mycotoxin contamination in feed damage human and animal health.This paper collected and compared on regulations and hygiene standards on mycotoxin in feed,which have been issued in China and major trade partner coun-tries or regions including the Unite State,the European Union and Canada.Discussions were made on the improvement of regulation system and entry-exit inspection control on feed in China.
