摘要
文章建立了水溶肥料中复硝酚钠的高效液相色谱分析方法。使用ODS反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,以甲醇加水(用H3PO4调至pH=3.0)为流动相,外标法对对硝基酚钠、2,4-二硝基酚钠和邻硝基酚钠进行定量分析。对硝基苯酚钠在37.33~186.66μg/mL线性范围内,线性相关系数r为0.9982,2,4-二硝基苯酚钠在41.07~205.37μg/mL线性范围内,线性相关系数r为0.9974,邻硝基苯酚钠在40.04~200.19μg/mL线性范围内,线性相关系数r为0.9976;方法的偏差为6.0×10-5(对硝基苯酚钠)、3.4×10-5(2,4-二硝基苯酚钠)、1.2×10-5(邻硝基苯酚钠),变异系数分别为0.45%(对硝基苯酚钠)、0.35%(2,4-二硝基苯酚钠)、0.12%(邻硝基苯酚钠);平均回收率为99.78%(对硝基苯酚钠)、99.758%(2,4-二硝基苯酚钠)、99.158%(邻硝基苯酚钠),变异系数分别为0.34%(对硝基苯酚钠)、0.51%(2,4-二硝基苯酚钠)、0.48%(邻硝基苯酚钠)。
The papers set up a HPLC method for analyzing Nitrophenolate Sodium(p-nitrophenol sodium + 2,4-dinitrophenol sodium+ o-nitrophenol sodium)in the Water Soluble Fertilizer.The quantitative method was conducted by using ODS reversed-phase column and a variable wavelength detector.The moblie phase was methanol+water(pH=3.0 by H3PO4) = 40+ 60(V/V),and it was detected by exterval standard.The linearity was good within the range from 37.33 μg/mL to 186.66 μg/mL of p-nitrophenol sodium(r=0.9982),41.07 μg/mL to 205.37 μg/mL of 2,4-dinitrophenol sodium(r=0.9974),40.04 μg/mL to 200.19 μg/mL of o-nitrophenol sodium(r=0.9976).As the result shows that the standard deviation was 6.0×10-5(p-nitrophenol sodium)、3.4×10-5(2,4-dinitrophenol sodium)、1.2× 10-5(o-nitrophenol sodium),the coefficient of variation was 0.45 %(p-nitrophenol sodium)、0.35 %(2,4-dinitrophenol sodium)、0.12 %(o-nitrophenol sodium).And the averge recovery was 99.78 %(p-nitrophenol sodium)、99.758 %(2,4-dinitrophenol sodium)、99.158 %(o-nitrophenol sodium),the coefficient of variation was 0.34 %(p-nitrophenol sodium)、0.51 %(2,4-dinitrophenol sodium)、0.48 %(o-nitrophenol sodium).
