摘要
目的:了解北京市东城区东花市人群高同型半胱氨酸血症(HtHcy)患病特点及其与尿酸、血糖和血脂等代谢异常的关系。方法:选取2019年1-12月于北京市东城区东花市社区卫生服务中心进行健康体检者1153例,检测同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平,调查HtHcy患病率。根据Hcy水平分为四组,比较各组血糖、血脂、尿酸代谢异常等指标。结果:HtHcy患病率为79.71%,HtHcy人群年龄、Hcy、总胆固醇及尿素水平高于非HtHcy人群,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇低于非HtHcy人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着血Hcy水平升高,患者年龄、总胆固醇、尿酸水平逐渐升高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平逐渐降低;Pearson相关分析显示,Hcy与年龄、尿酸呈正相关。结论:北京市东城区东花市人群HtHcy患病率较高,血Hcy水平可能受年龄、尿酸影响。
Objective:To understand the prevalence of hyperhomocysteine(Hcy)in 1153 physical examination subjects in Dongcheng district,Beijing,and analyze its relationship with age,blood glucose,blood lipid and uric acid.Methods:From January to December 2019,a total of 1153 patients who underwent physical examination at Donghua Community Health Service Center,Dongcheng District,Beijing were selected.The level of homocysteine(Hcy)was detected and the prevalence of HtHcy was investigated.According to the level of Hcy,the patients were divided into four groups,and the indexes of blood glucose,blood lipid and uric acid metabolism were compared in each group.Results:The prevalence of HtHcy was 79.71%.The age,Hcy,total cholesterol and urea levels of HtHcy were higher than those of non-HtHcy,and HDL cholesterol was lower than that of non-HtHcy,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of blood Hcy level,the patients'age,total cholesterol,uric acid level gradually increased,and the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level gradually decreased;Pearson correlation analysis showed that Hcy was positively correlated with age and uric acid level.Conclusion:The prevalence of HtHcy is higher in Donghua City,Dongcheng District,Beijing.The blood Hcy level may be affected by age and UA.
