摘要
目的:探究空腹血糖与心血管疾病相关血液指标的关系。方法:选取2018年12月至2020年6月期间在北京市铁营医院接受健康体检的90例体检者作为研究对象。根据空腹血糖检测的结果将其分为A组(空腹血糖的水平<6.1 mmol/L)、B组(空腹血糖的水平为6.1~7.0 mmol/L组)和C组(空腹血糖的水平>7.0 mmol/L),每组各30例体检者。然后比较三组体检者的心血管疾病相关血液指标(血清Hcy、hs-CRP、FFA、UA及血脂指标)。采用Spearman秩相关性分析法分析这90例体检者心血管疾病相关血液指标与其空腹血糖的相关性。结果:C组体检者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、FFA、UA、TG、TC、LDL-C、Lp(a)的水平均高于B组体检者和A组体检者,B组体检者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、FFA、UA、TG、TC、LDL-C、Lp(a)的水平均高于A组体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。进行Spearman秩相关性分析的结果显示,这90例体检者血清Hcy、hs-CRP、FFA、UA、TG、TC、LDL-C、Lp(a)的水平与其空腹血糖的水平均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:空腹血糖与心血管疾病相关血液指标密切相关。
Objective:To explore the relationship between fasting blood glucose and blood indicators related to cardiovascular disease.METHODS:A total of 90 patients who received physical examination in Beijing Tieying Hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.According to the results of fasting blood glucose test,the subjects were divided into group A(fasting blood glucose level<6.1 mmol/L),group B(fasting blood glucose level between 6.1 and 7.0 mmol/L)and group C(fasting blood glucose level>7.0 mmol/L),with 30 subjects in each group.Then the cardiovascular disease-related blood indicators(serum Hcy,hs-CRP,FFA,UA and lipid indexes)of the three groups were compared.Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between cardiovascular disease-related blood indexes and fasting blood glucose in 90 subjects.Results:The serum levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,FFA,UA,TG,TC,LDL-C,LP(a)in group C were all higher than those in group B and A,and the serum levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,FFA,UA,TG,TC,LDL-C,LP(a)in group B were all higher than those in group A.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that serum levels of Hcy,hs-CRP,FFA,UA,TG,TC,LDL-C,LP(a)were positively correlated with fasting blood glucose(P<0.05)in the 90 subjects.Conclusion:Fasting blood glucose is closely related to blood indexes related to cardiovascular disease.
