摘要
目的分析同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平变化与2型糖尿病患者稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)的关联性。方法选取某院2017年8月~2019年8月收治的2型糖尿病患者60例为观察组,另选取同期健康体检者52例为对照组,均行血清Hcy水平、空腹血糖(FBG)、HOMA-IR、胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)检测,并分析Hcy与血糖、胰岛功能关联性。结果观察组血清Hcy、HOMA-IR、FINS、FBG水平高于对照组,HOMA-β低于对照组(P<0.05);经Pearson法进行相关性分析,血清Hcy水平与FINS、FBG、HOMA-IR呈正相关(P<0.05),与HOMA-β无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论血清Hcy水平在2型糖尿病患者中呈高表达,与HOMA-IR、FINS、FBG呈正相关,参与胰岛素抵抗过程,可作为评估胰岛功能有效指标。
Objective To analyze the relationship between changes in homocysteine(Hcy)levels and the homeostasis model insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes treated in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the observation group,another 52 healthy subjects in the same period were selected as the control group,all patients were tested for serum Hcy level,fasting blood glucose(FBG),HOMA-IR,isletβcell function index(HOMA-β),and fasting insulin(FINS),the correlation between Hcy and blood glucose and islet function was analyzed.Results The levels of serum Hcy,HOMA-IR,FINS,and FBG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and HOMA-βwas lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);Correlation analysis by Pearson method showed that serum Hcy levels were positively correlated with FINS,FBG,and HOMA-IR(P<0.05),and there was no significant correlation with HOMA-β(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum Hcy levels are highly expressed in patients with type 2 diabetes,and are positively correlated with HOMA-IR,FINS,and FBG,it is involved in the process of insulin resistance and can be used as an effective indicator for evaluating islet function.
