摘要
目的:探讨在泌尿系统疾病诊断活动中尿液沉渣镜检的应用效果。方法:选择来本院接受治疗患有泌尿系统疾病患者96例作为研究对象,对患者的尿液标本依次进行尿液沉渣隐血检验方法、尿液分析仪进行检验,观察不同检验下的诊断结果。结果:在尿液沉渣隐血检验方法(尿液沉渣镜检)检验下,检出阳性率为87.5%,相较于尿液分析仪检验而言高出很多,二者之间对比存在统计学差异,P<0.05;另外,在尿液沉渣隐血检验方法下,其肾小球病、肾肿瘤以及肾结石等疾病准确率也高于尿液分析仪检验结果。结论:对于泌尿系统疾病而言,尿液沉渣隐血检验方法其检出率水平较高,并且疾病确诊的准确率也较高,因此,该检验方法值得应用。
Objective:To explore the application effect of urine sediment microscopy in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases.Methods:Ninety-six patients who came to our hospital for treatment with urinary system diseases were selected as the research objects.The urine samples of the patients were tested by the urine sediment occult blood test method and the urine analyzer to observe the diagnosis results under different tests.Results:Under the urine sediment occult blood test method(urine sediment microscopy),the positive rate was 87.5%,which was much higher than the urine analyzer test.There was a statistical difference between the two,P<0.05;In addition,under the urine sediment occult blood test method,the accuracy of diseases such as glomerulopathy,kidney tumors and kidney stones are also higher than the results of urine analyzers.Conclusion:For urinary system diseases,the detection rate of urine sediment occult blood test method is high,and the accuracy rate of disease diagnosis is also high.Therefore,this test method is worth applying.
