摘要
目的:研究尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪联合使用在尿液红细胞检验中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2021年5月~2023年5月在本院接受尿液红细胞检验的患者100例作为主要研究对象,所有患者均接受显微镜检查、尿干化学分析仪、尿沉渣分析仪检查,将显微镜检查结果作为金标准,计算单独运用尿干化学分析仪、单独运用尿沉渣分析仪、联合运用尿干化学分析仪和尿沉渣分析仪的诊断结果。结果:尿干化学分析仪联合尿沉渣分析仪的诊断准确率显著高于单用尿干化学分析仪、单用尿沉渣分析仪,有统计学意义(P<0.05);干化学分析仪联合尿沉渣分析仪的漏诊率显著低于单用尿干化学分析仪、单用尿沉渣分析仪,有统计学意义。尿干化学分析仪的诊断特异度是94.00%,敏感度是92.00%,准确度是93.00%;尿沉渣分析仪的诊断特异度是93.00%,敏感度是91.00%,准确度是92.50%;尿干化学分析仪联合尿沉渣分析仪的诊断特异度是99.00%,敏感度是98.00%,准确度是98.50%。结论:在尿液红细胞检验中,采取尿干化学分析仪联合尿沉渣分析仪的检验优势明显,确保检验结果的准确性和可靠性,减少误诊和漏诊的风险。
Objective:To study the clinical application value of urine dry chemical analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer in urine red blood cell examination.Methods:100 patients who received urine red blood cell examination in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the main subjects.All patients were examined by microscope,urine dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer.The results of microscope examination were taken as the gold standard.The diagnostic results of urine dry chemical analyzer alone,urine sediment analyzer alone,urine dry chemical analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer were calculated.Results:The diagnostic accuracy of urine dry chemical analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer was significantly higher than that of urine dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer alone,which had statistical significance(P<0.05).The missed diagnosis rate of dry chemical analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer was significantly lower than that of urine dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer alone,which had statistical significance.The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of urine dry chemical analyzer were 94.00%,92.00%and 93.00%respectively.The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of urine sediment analyzer were 93.00%,91.00%and 92.50%respectively.The diagnostic specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of urine dry chemical analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer were 99.00%,98.00%and 98.50%respectively.Conclusion:In the urine red blood cell test,urine dry chemical analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer has obvious advantages,ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results,reducing the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
