摘要
目的:分析尿液红细胞检验中尿干化学分析仪与尿沉渣分析仪联合使用的效果。方法:选取本科室尿液样本100例,选取时间为2019年9月~2020年9月,在检测过程中分别采用三种方法,第一种为尿干化学分析仪,第二种为尿沉渣分析仪,第三种为尿干化学分析仪联合尿沉渣分析仪,比较三种检测方法的检测结果。结果:联合检测比单独采用尿干化学分析仪、单独采用尿沉渣分析仪检测的结果更优,差异显著(P<0.05);相比于单独干化学分析仪、尿沉渣分析仪,联合检测的镜检率、漏诊率更优,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在尿液红细胞检验中采用尿干化学分析仪联合尿沉渣分析仪能减少漏诊、误诊率。
Objective:To analyze the effect of combined use of urine dry chemistry analyzer and urine sediment analyzer in urine red blood cell test.Methods:A total of 100 urine samples were selected from our department.The selected time period is from September 2019 to September 2020.Three methods were used during the detection process:the first is a urine dry chemistry analyzer,the second is a urine sediment analyzer,and the third is a urine dry chemistry analyzer combined with a urine sediment analyzer.The detection results of the three detection methods were compared.Results:The combined detection results were better than the results of the urine dry chemical analysis instrument alone and the urine sediment analyzer alone,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);Compared with the single dry chemical analyzer and urine sediment analyzer.The detection rate and missed diagnosis rate were better,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of urine dry chemistry analyzer combined with urine sediment analyzer in urine red blood cell test can reduce the missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate.
