摘要
结合抗拉强度700 MPa级低屈强比工程机械用钢HQ550MD的生产实际情况,分析了该钢种的相变规律以及轧制、冷却工艺对组织性能的影响。结果表明:生产过程中可通过将开冷温度控制在770℃附近,使钢板在冷却前发生一定比例的铁素体相变,合理控制铁素体相和贝氏体相的比例,生产出屈强比≤0.80的工程机械用钢。
Based on the actual production of 700 MPa tensile strength grade construction machinery steel HQ550MD with low yield-tensile ratio,the effects of phase transformation rule,corresponding rolling and cooling process on microstructure and properties are studied.The results show that by controlling cooling start temperature to approx.770℃during production,a certain proportion of ferrite transformation is enabled before plate cooling,the proportion between ferrite phase and bainite phase is rationally controlled,construction machinery steel with yield-tensile ratio≤0.80 is produced.
