为了消除利用CSP技术生产管线钢时较易出现的混晶缺陷,在Gleeble - 15 0 0热模拟实验机上对X6 0含Nb管线钢进行了高温压缩变形实验,研究了变形条件对其动态再结晶行为的影响,从而为利用CSP技术生产X6
Mixed-grains phenomena is a very common problem in X60 Nb-microalloyed pipeline steel by CSP processing.In order to eliminate mixed-grains phenomena,it is very important to investigate the character of dynamic recrystallization.The effect of deformation condition on dynamic recrystallization of X60 Nb-microalloyed pipeline steel was studied on Gleeble-1500 simulator,which brings a strong theory base of producing X60 Nb-microalloyed pipeline steel by CSP processing.
