摘要
为开发新一代钢铁生产工艺流程,提出在其主要环节的材料加工过程中,应实现添加合金元素减量化、生产工序减量化、产品全生命周期减量化,以生产节约型钢材。同时介绍了东北大学等单位在开发减量化板材、棒材、线材及管线钢、双相钢、TRIP钢、硅钢、高强度汽车用钢、环保型钢材等过程中的新思路及采用的新工艺、新流程。
To develop a new age technology for iron and steel, reducing the alloy-elements, reducing processing and production period for saving type steel product were put forward in its main process of steel rolling. Meanwhile, the new ideas and technologies were introduced for reduced strip, plate, bar and wire and pipeline steel, dual phase steel, TRIP steel and environment protected products, et al., which were developed by the State Key Lab. of Rolling and Automatim of Northeastern University and other enterprises.
