摘要
以SS400钢为研究对象,在热轧机上进行了工业试验,并对轧后板卷进行了力学性能测试和显微组织分析。其结果表明,本次试验采用的控轧控冷优化工艺有效地细化了晶粒,改善了组织和性能,使普通SS400钢的屈服强度提高到400MPa,伸长率达到30%,铁素体晶粒尺寸接近3~5μm。
Industrial scale controlled rolling and accelerated cooling trial has been carried out on rolling mill,using SS400 steel produced in BaosteelThe microstructures of the steel were analyzed using optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and image analyzerMechanical properties of the steel were measured by tensile test at room temperatureThe result show that the structure and properties were improved because of grain refinement.The yield strength of SS400 steel was enhanced to 400MPa and elongation exceeded 30%The size of ferrite grain was about 3~5μm
