摘要 通过单轴拉伸、低温系列冲击和宽冷弯试验,对ANS400超细晶粒钢的力学性能及其组织性能关系进行分析研究。结果表明:ANS400超细晶粒钢的铁素体晶粒尺寸在3-5μm,且组织中有一定量的贝氏体,屈服强度可达430MPa以上,抗拉强度可达530MPa以上,具有优良的塑性和低温韧性。组织中贝氏体的存在使材料在提高强度的同时具有良好的加工硬化能力。 The mechanical properties of ultra-fine steel were investigated through tensile tests, cold-bend test and impact test. The properties-microstructure relationship was analysed. The experimental results showed that the ferrite grain size of ANS400 ultra-fine steel could reach to 3-5μm, yield strength was beyond 430MPa, tensile strength was beyond 530MPa and there was a little bainite in its microstructure. The steel had good plasticity and low-temperature toughness. The existence of bainite improved the steel's strength while having good work-hardening capacity.
