摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀对颈动脉斑块及降低缺血卒中风险的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年6月我院收治的40例合并颈动脉斑块的急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各20例。对照组给予临床常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗。比较两组治疗前后颈动脉斑块面积、IMT、动脉狭窄度,统计并比较两组临床不良反应发生率及脑卒中再发率。结果:两组治疗后的斑块面积、IMT、动脉狭窄率均明显优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率、脑卒中再发率均较对照组略有降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀能有效缩小缺血性脑卒中患者的颈动脉斑块面积,临床疗效显著,脑卒中再发率低。
Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on carotid plaque and reduce the risk of ischemic stroke. Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,40 patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with carotid plaque were selected as the study object,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group of 20 cases,in which the patients in the control group were given clinical conventional drug treatment,on the basis of the control group,the observation group were combined with atorvastatin.The area of carotid plaque,IMT and degree of artery stenosis were compared before and after treatment,and the incidence of clinical adverse reactions and recurrence of stroke were compared between the two groups.Results:The plaque area,IMT and stenosis rate of the two groups were significantly better than those of the control group before and at the same time(P <0.05);In addition,the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence of stroke in the observation group were slightly lower than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Atorvastatin can effectively reduce the area of carotid plaque in patients with ischemic stroke,its clinical effect is significant,and the recurrence rate of stroke is low.
