摘要
目的探讨阿司匹林联合他汀类药物对脑血栓患者颈动脉斑块的改善效果。方法选取云南省德宏州人民医院2014年1月至2018年7月收治的脑血栓患者148例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,统计两组患者颈动脉斑块面积以及神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗后观察组神经功能缺损等各项指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合他汀类药物可明显改善脑血栓患者颈动脉斑块症状,并且可明显改善神经功能缺损症状。
Objective To study the effect of aspirin combined with statin on the improvement of carotid plaque in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 148 patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted to Dehongzhou People's Hospital of Yunnan Province from January 2014 to July 2018 were randomLy divided into two groups,and the carotid plaque area and neurological deficit score of the two groups were counted.Results The observation group was significantly superior to the control group in terms of neurological deficit and other indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with statin can significantly improve the symptoms of carotid artery plaque in patients with cerebral thrombosis and improve the neurological impairment.
