摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合拜阿司匹林对脑血栓患者神经递质及斑块的影响。方法选取我院收治的脑血栓患者50例,以数字随机表法将其分成观察组和对照组,各25例,对照组应用拜阿司匹林治疗,观察组在此基础上联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,两组均持续治疗2周,对两组治疗结果进行评价。结果治疗后,两组5-HT、DA高于治疗前,Glu低于治疗前,观察组5-HT、DA高于对照组,Glu低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血浆黏度、低切全血黏度、高切全血黏度均低于治疗前,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IMT、斑块积分均低于治疗前,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合拜阿司匹林对脑血栓患者治疗效果理想,可改善神经递质水平与血液流变学指标,稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effects of atorvastatin calcium combined with aspirin on neurotransmitter and plaque conditions in patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods Fifty patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted by the hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 cases in each group by means of random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin,and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium on that basis.The patients in both groups were subjected to continued treatment for 2 weeks,and the therapeutic outcomes of patients in two groups were evaluated.Results Both 5-HT and DA levels of patients in two groups after treatment were higher than such indices of patients before treatment,Glu level of patients in two groups after treatment was lower than such index of patients before treatment.5-HT and DA levels of patients in the observation group after treatment were higher than such indices of patients in the control group,and Glu level of patients after treatment was lower than such index of patients in the control group(P<0.05).The plasma viscosity,low-shear whole blood viscosity and high-shear whole blood viscosity of patients in two groups were lower than such indices of patients before treatment,and such indices of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).MT and plaque scores of patients in two groups treatment were lower than such indices before treatment,and such indices of patients in the observation group were lower than those of patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with Bayaspirin delivers satisfactory efficacy on patients with cerebral thrombosis,can improve neurotransmitter level and hemorheological index,and stabilize atherosclerotic plaques,being worthy of application.
