摘要
金融行业专业性要求较高、工作强度较大,使得身处其中的青年女性对工作压力的直观感受明显。通过实证研究发现,造成青年女性压力较大的原因主要在于需要兼顾工作与家庭,以及职场中存在的性别偏见。以青年女性对自我发展需求的认识为基础,并结合导致其压力状况存在的主要因素,推动制度环境和观念环境的改善、落实工作场所中软硬件环境的优化、实现压力缓解措施的专业化和精细化,是目前可以用于改善青年女性压力状况、提升其职业幸福感的有效措施。
The professional requirement and the overall work intensity of financial industry are high,which make the young women in financial industry have obvious intuitive feeling of work stress.Through empirical research,it is found that the main reasons for young women’s high pressure is the need to balance work and family,and the gender bias in the workplace.Based on the self-understanding of demand for young women’s development and the main factors leading to the work stress,there are three effective measures which can be used to improve the young women’s pressure situation and to enhance their professional happiness.Firstly,promote the improvement of the institutional environment and the concept environment.Secondly,implement the optimization of software and hardware environment in the workplace.Thirdly,realize the specialization and refinement of stress relief measures.
