摘要
目的探讨多样性护理方案干预对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并高血压患者的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年7月至2019年3月我院收治的50例老年T2DM合并高血压患者的临床资料,依据护理方案不同将其分为对照组(常规护理干预,25例)与观察组(多样性护理方案干预,25例)。比较两组患者的收缩压、舒张压及血糖水平。结果干预后,两组的收缩压、舒张压均低于干预前,且观察组的收缩压、舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多样性护理方案干预可有效降低老年T2DM合并高血压患者的血糖水平,调节血压,具有一定的临床应用与推广价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of diversified nursing program intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)complicated with hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 50 elderly patients with T2 DM complicated with hypertension admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively and divided into control group(routine nursing intervention,25 cases)and observation group(diversified nursing program intervention,25 cases)according to different nursing programs.The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and blood glucose level were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Diversified nursing program intervention can effectively reduce the blood glucose level,and regulate blood pressure of elderly patients with T2 DM complicated with hypertension,which has certain clinical application and promotion value.
