摘要
新建地方本科院校专业结构调整,从中国高等教育发展视角看,是适应国家产业战略的现实需要,是实现高校分类发展的客观要求,是推进高教质量建设的重要举措;从新建地方本科院校发展视角看,是专业内涵发展的需要,是专业集群发展的需要,是专业特色培育的需要。新建地方本科院校专业结构调整,应遵循适切性原则、系统性原则和动态性原则。新建地方本科院校专业结构调整是由政府主导、高校实施,社会参与的过程。
From the perspective of the development of China s higher education,the adjustment of program structures of newly-built local universities is to meet the practical needs of the national industrial strategy,to realize the objective requirements of the classified development of universities,and to promote the quality construction of higher education.From the perspective of the development of newly-built local universities,it is the need of the development of program connotation,program clusters,and the cultivation of program characteristics.The adjustment of program structures in newly-built local universities should follow the principles of appropriateness,systematicness and dynamics.It is a process led by the government,implemented by the universities,and participated by the society.
