摘要
充电基础设施作为新基建的重要领域之一,可有效支撑新制造、新服务、新消费,为经济的高质量发展奠定基础。本文从浙江省的充电基础设施数量、分布、电动汽车保有量等入手,对目前存在的一些短板进行概括,如整体利用率偏低、管理平台尚需完善等。同时,结合对于未来新需求、新技术、新势力、新业态、新场景等方面的预测分析,本文提出了浙江省充电基础设施建设抢抓新基建机遇的几点建议:强化规划引领,优化充电基础设施布局;加快提质增效,建立全省统一的管理平台;完善政策配套,营造良好发展环境。
As one of the important areas of new infrastructure,charging infrastructure can effectively support new manufacturing,new services and new consumption,so that it can lay the foundation for high-quality economic development.This paper firstly introduces the quantity and distribution of charging infrastructure,and the ownership of electric vehicles in Zhejiang Province.And then it summarizes the existing weakness,such as the low overall utilization rate and the management platform to be needed for improving.At the same time,combined with the prediction and analysis of the future new demand,new technology,new forces,new formats and new scenes,this paper puts forward several suggestions for Zhejiang charging infrastructure construction to seize the opportunity of new infrastructure construction:strengthen planning guidance,optimize the layout of charging infrastructure;accelerate the improvement of quality and efficiency,establish a unified management platform for the whole province;improve policy support,and create a favorable environment for development.
