摘要 插入式电动汽车作为分布式可控负荷接入智能电网并参与电网调频,越来越受到关注。为了实现大规模插入式电动汽车参与电网的调频控制,借助车辆到电网(V2G)技术,实现能量在电动汽车和电网之间的流动。考虑电池的充电/放电特性,构建响应系统频率偏差的插入式电动汽车功率调整模型。在此基础上,进一步提出考虑插入式电动汽车参与调频的电力系统动态模型。最后,SIMULINK仿真结果表明该模型能够很好地响应系统频率偏差,对提高系统频率的稳定性以及实现电网的快速恢复具有重要意义。 As a distributed controllable loads,Plug-in electric vehicles (PEVs)connecting to the smart grid and participating in frequency regulation is drawing more and more attention.Depen-ding on Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G)technology to realize the energy interaction between PEVs and the power grid,a power regulation model of PEVs response system frequency deviation was proposed by considering the dynamic characteristics of the battery charging/discharging,and the dynamic model with PEVs participating in frequency regulation was established.Finally,SIMULINK sim-ulation results showed that the model responds well to the system frequency deviation,and it is important to improve frequency stability and realize the rapid recovery of power system.
