摘要
为进一步推动新能源汽车产业发展,针对新形势下的新能源汽车充电设施展开探讨。首先,阐述新能源汽车设施的发展现状,明确认识到新能源汽车正处于发展的关键阶段;其次,介绍新能源汽车充电设施发展要素,并提出了科学规划充电设施布局、综合提升充电设施利用率、为充电设施建设研发提供资金支持、加大充电设施使用的监督管理四点建议;最后,对今后新能源汽车充电设施发展作出展望,对建设充电设施重点问题进行了论述,以满足新能源汽车的发展需求。
On the premise of further promoting the development of the new energy vehicle industry,the new energy vehicle charging facilities under the new situation are discussed.Firstly,the development status of new energy vehicle facilities is described,and it is clearly recognized that new energy vehicles are at a critical stage of development.Secondly,it introduces the development elements of charging facilities for new energy vehicles,and puts forward four suggestions:scientifically planning the layout of charging facilities,comprehensively improving the utilization rate of charging facilities,providing financial support for the construction and research of charging facilities,and increasing the supervision and management of the use of charging facilities.Finally,it makes an outlook for the development of charging facilities for new energy vehicles in the future,from which it affirms the key points of building charging facilities,in order to achieve the popularization of new energy vehicles in China.
