摘要
虚拟社区作为用户交流的平台,包含情绪的表达是交流的普遍现象,将社会个体情绪等变量置入行为决策的研究范式,以情绪为链接点构建虚拟社区情绪—行为模型。研究表明,积极情绪也会抑制知识共享(如:轻松、满足),消极情绪也会促进知识共享(如:恐惧、悲伤)。同时组织氛围、关系强度通过影响参与者在决策中的情绪,进一步对知识共享行为产生正向调节作用,促进社区内知识共享行为的演化路径最终收敛于(主动共享,主动共享)的演化稳定策略。
That virtual communities,a platform for users’communication,include the expression of emotions,is a common phenomenon in communication.Social variables,such as individual emotions,are put into the research paradigm of behavior decision-making in this paper.And emotions are used as the link point to construct an emotion-behavior model in virtual communities.Studies have shown that positive emotions(e.g.ease,contentment)can also inhibit knowledge sharing while negative emotions(e.g.fear,sadness)can also promote knowledge sharing.At the same time,the organizational atmosphere and relationship strength further have a positive regulation on the knowledge sharing behavior by influencing the emotions of the participants in decision-making,which promotes the knowledge sharing behavior in the communities eventually towards the evolutionary stability strategy of(active sharing,active sharing).
