摘要
“哈佛医学院-北京协和医学院教师培训项目—T2T培训项目”主要讲授医学教育中的成人教育理论进展;“约翰·霍普金斯医学院-北京协和医学院医学教育教师交流项目—JHMI-GTS观摩项目”重点观摩其核心整合新课程“从基因到社会”的构成和教学模式。作为一名医学遗传学的教师,作者有幸参加上述两个项目,由此提出精准医学时代下医学遗传学基础与临床整合教学的新思路:结合成人教育理论与基因组学新进展。
“Harvard Medical School-Peking Union Medical College training to teachers program(T2T training program)”covers topics in andragogical advances of medical education.“Johns Hopkins Medical School-Peking Union Medical College medical education faculty exchange program(JHMI-GTS observation program)”arranges observations of the composition and educational methods of their core integrated new curriculum“genes to society”.As a teacher of medical genetics,the author attended both programs and proposes a new strategy of medical genetics teaching:Pairing andragogy and genomic advances in the era of precision medicine.
