精准医疗时代背景下临床分子诊断创新型人才的培养策略

摘要 精准医疗的本质是基于生物技术与信息技术的深度融合,利用多组学整合分析和生物信息分析等技术,对疾病进行高灵敏度的筛查和高精确度的诊断,并制定个体化的诊疗方案,从而显著提高疾病的精准诊疗水平。在当前精准医疗与新医科时代背景下,建设一流的临床分子诊断学科,把精准医疗的理念快速融入现有的教育体系中,培养造就多学科、多领域交叉融合发展的创新型人才是亟待解决的关键难题。当前滞后的专业课程设置理念和传统的教育管理机制阻碍了“精准医疗”时代背景下一流分子诊断学科创新型人才的培养和高水平学术团队的打造,引入基于疾病精准诊疗体系学习(PDTD)的教学模式将显著提升分子诊断专业人才培养的创新能力与临床服务水平,有助于打造一流的精准医疗学术团队,为践行健康中国战略提供重要的人才支撑和技术保障。 The essence of precision medicine is based on the deep integration of biotechnology and information technology,which draws on multi-omics integration analysis,bioinformatics analysis,etc.,yielding high-sensitivity screening and highaccuracy diagnosis of diseases and formulating individualized diagnosis and treatment plans to markedly improve the level of precision diagnosis and treatment of diseases.Under the current era of precision medicine and"new medicine",it is an urgent key problem to build a first-rate clinical molecular diagnosis discipline,quickly integrate the concept of precision medicine into the existing educational system,and cultivate innovative talents that create multidisciplinary and multi-field cross-integration and development.The current lagging professional curriculum setting and traditional educational management hinder the cultivation of innovative talents in first-rate molecular diagnosis disciplines and the building of high-level academic teams in the context of the precision medicine era.The introduction of teaching models based on precision diagnosis and treatment of disease(PDTD)system will markedly improve the innovation capacity and clinical service level of molecular diagnosis professional personnel training,build first-rate precision medicine academic teams,and provide important talent support and technical guarantee for practicing the strategy of the"Healthy China Initiative".
