双辊薄带连铸铸辊水冷系统数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 利用有限体积法,对比分析双辊薄带连铸铸辊内冷却水环的布置形式及进、出口压力差对流场的影响。结果表明,进出口压力差为2.0 MPa时,沿流线方向水环内的平均流速逐渐增加,速度分布梯度最大;进、出口压力差为1.0 MPa时,沿流线方向水环内的平均流速逐渐降低,速度分布梯度降低;压力差为1.0 MPa,水环相对位置改变时,沿流线方向上各位置水环内平均流速的速度逐渐增加,速度分布梯度最小。 The effects of the arrangement of water cooling rings inside the casting rolls of twin-roll strip casters and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet on the flow field are analyzed by the means of finite volume analysis.The result reveals the average flow velocity in the water rings along flow direction goes up gradually and the velocity gradient reaches maximum when the pressure difference is 2.0 MPa between the inlet and outlet;and the average flow velocity become lower and the velocity gradient smaller when the pressure difference drops to 1.0 MPa;and the average flow velocity increases and the velocity gradient reaches minimum when the pressure difference keeps at 1.0Mpa and the relative position of water rings is changed.
