摘要
针对1 350 mm薄带铸轧机组,设计了一种新型内水冷夹送辊。这一夹送辊采用中等辊径,具有中等载荷,内部为螺旋式冷却水道。应用ANSYS有限元软件对这一夹送辊进行分析,得出等效应力和变形,验证满足设计要求。
For the 1 350 mm thin strip casting mill unit, a new type of internal water-cooled pinch roller was designed.This pinch roller has a medium roll diameter, a medium load, and an internal spiral cooling channel.ANSYS finite element software was used to analyze the clamp roll to derive equivalent stress and deformation to verify that the design requirement is met.
