液控阀阀体加工工艺分析及夹具设计 被引量:2

摘要 液控阀阀体主阀孔与螺纹孔同轴度超过公差范围和沉孔深度尺寸精度达不到要求,是导致液控阀出现渗漏的主要原因。通过设计车床专用夹具,采用长心轴定位,改进加工工艺,降低液控阀阀体主阀孔与螺纹孔同轴度加工误差;通过设计钻床专用夹具,采用上定位下旋紧夹紧机构定位,改进加工工艺,提高沉孔深度尺寸加工精度。经液压密封实验台检测,工艺改进后液控阀生产合格率明显提高。 The coaxiality of the main valve hole and the threaded hole of the hydraulic valve body exceeds the tolerance range,and the dimensional accuracy of the counterbore depth does not meet the requirements,those are main reasons for the leakage of the valve.By using the design of special lathe fixtures,long mandrel positioning,improving of the processing technology,the processing error of main axis of the hydraulic valve body and threaded hole coaxial was reduced.By designing special fixtures for drilling machines,adopting the upper positioning and lower tightening clamping mechanism positioning,improving processing technology,the machining accuracy of counterbore depth dimension was improved.Through the test of hydraulic seal test-bed,the qualified rate of hydraulic control valve is obviously increased after the process improvement.
