摘要
为解决企业批量加工汽车用阀体件加工的问题,从实际阀体件加工过程入手,分析阀体件加工工艺,给出合理的数控加工工艺方案。针对阀体件不同工位的孔加工特点,并结合企业数控机床配备相关准则,提出一体多件装夹方案,分析其一面两孔定位的误差,设计一套适合数控机床多工序加工的快速夹紧气动夹具。
To solve batch machining problem for automotive valve parts in corporation,the paper discusses actual problems from the machining process of valve parts in the beginning,analyzes machining process for valve body parts and gives the reasonable project of NC machining technology.Aiming at the different position of the valve body hole processing characteristics,and combined company CNC machine tools equipped with relevant standards,the paper puts forward one more piece clamping scheme,analyzes its two holes on one surface location error,and designs a set of fast clamping air jig for NC machine tool multi-process machining,thereby ensuring the machining precision and improving production efficiency.
