摘要 基于光栅尺的位移测量系统以其对使用环境要求低,测量分辨率高等优点,在机械制造领域应用广泛。介绍了一种基于光栅尺的全自动位移测量系统实现。测量系统通过HCTL2020对光栅尺输出的信号进行细分辨向从而提高测量精度,使用MSP430对细分后的信号进行处理,实现了对X-Y工作台上X方向的位移测量,并将测量结果发送至上位机。上位机通过串口通信发送控制命令,接收测量系统发送的测量结果,并对待测工件的尺寸加工精度进行了分析。实验证明该系统测量精度高,且工作稳定可靠、实用性好。 The grating-based displacement measuring system is widely used in the field of mechanical manufacturing because of its low requirements on the use environment and high measurement resolution.A full-scale displacement measurement system based on grating scale is introduced.The measurement system uses the HCTL2020 to finely resolve the signal output from the scale to improve the measurement accuracy.The MSP430 is used to process the subdivided signal,and the displacement measurement in the X direction on the XY table is realized,and the measurement result is sent to the upper position.machine.The host computer sends a control command through the serial port communication,receives the measurement result sent by the measurement system,and analyzes the dimensional processing precision of the workpiece to be tested.The experiment proves that the system has high measurement accuracy,stable and reliable operation and good practicability.
