摘要
针对海洋平台的建设特点,结合诸多工程项目实例和成功经验,介绍了海洋平台TKY节点6GR位置考核规则、焊接试件的准备及装配,并从典型焊接工艺,以及封底焊、填充焊、盖面焊等主要控制点方面进行归纳和总结;TKY节点的连接是结构物构件之间的关键连接位置,可以使构件之间形成封闭的完整结构体,该位置的焊接工作是焊接质量控制的重点和难点,6GR技术的引入对海洋平台和结构物的质量控制带来了新思路。
The welding technology of 6GR position in offshore platform TKY node is introduced,such as the assess-ment rules,the preparation and assembly of welding specimen,and systematically summarized the typical welding process parameters,the main control points of back welding,filling welding and cover welding,which according to the characte-ristics of offshore platform construction,combining with many engineering examples and successful experience.The conne-ction of the TKY node is the key connection position between the structural components,which can form a closed and comp-lete structure between the components.The welding work at this position has always been the focus and difficulty of welding quality control in the offshore oil industry.The introduction of 6GR technology brings new ideas to the quality control of offshore platforms and structures.
