摘要
针对马来西亚标志塔项目厚板箱型K节点构件,从工艺上优化焊接接头形式及焊接坡口层道次序。考虑焊接接头局部缓冲效应,每层布置的第一道焊缝均从翼板侧开始。为控制焊接热输入,主体焊缝采用药芯焊丝气体保护焊打底、埋弧焊填充盖面的组合焊接方法。为控制构件的应力应变状态,合理设计主焊缝及K节点区焊缝的焊接顺序。严格控制预热、后热及层间温度,防止层状撕裂的发生,保证项目构件的交货质量。
For the thick plate box K-joint component of Malaysian signature tower project,the welded joint form and welding groove sequence are optimized. Considering the local cushioning effect of welded joints,the first weld in each layer starts from the side of the flange. In order to control the welding heat input,a combined welding method of flux-cored wire gas shielded welding and submerged arc welding filling cover is adopted for the welds of main part. The welding sequences of the main weld and K joint are well-designed. Preheating, post-heat and interpass temperatures are strictly controlled to prevent lamellar tearing and guarantee the delivery quality of project components.
