摘要
焊接熔池承载着大量的信息,关系到焊接质量。传统的手工焊工人需要经过长期的训练,获得丰富的经验与技能,才能实时地调整焊接工艺,获得高质量的焊缝。如果将熟练焊工的经验与技能运用到焊接机器人上,这对提高焊接机器人智能化水平和降低焊工的培训成本、缩短培训周期具有重要的意义和价值。本文对焊工经验与技能运用于焊接方面的研究进行了阐述,描述了焊工经验与技能国内外研究现状、焊工的经验与技能及其评估,最后对其未来发展提出了一些看法。
The weld pool carries a lot of information and is related to the quality of the weld. Traditional manual welders require long-term training to acquire rich experience and skills to adjust the welding process in real time and obtain high quality welds. If the experience and skills of skilled welders are applied to the welding robot, it is of great significance and value to improve the intelligence level of the welding robot and reduce the training cost of the welder and shorten the training period. Therefore, the research of the experience and skills of welders applied to welding was expounded, the current research status of welders' experience and skills in China and foreign countries, welders' experience and skills and their evaluation were described. Some thoughts on its future development were put forward.
